30-Day Returns: Eligible unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Camping Mats: Eligible recycled polypropylene camping mats larger than 1.8 × 1.8 m receive a full, non-pro-rata 3-year voluntary warranty from the original purchase date when registered within 30 days of purchase. Eligible unregistered mats receive a 30-day voluntary warranty from the original purchase date. No registration is required for this standard warranty. Previously registered eligible mats are automatically upgraded to 3 years from their original purchase date, without re-registration. Existing warranty terms and exclusions apply. These voluntary warranties are additional to your Australian Consumer Law rights, which do not depend on registration. The extended mat warranty does not cover door mats, runners, carry bags, accessories or other camping products.

Keep your camping mat in great condition with a little care after each trip.
- Shake or sweep: Remove loose sand, dirt and leaves before packing away.
- Clean gently: Rinse with fresh water or use mild soapy water and a soft brush for stubborn marks. Rinse thoroughly.
- Dry completely: Allow the mat to air-dry before folding and placing it in its carry bag.
- Store carefully: Fold along the existing fold lines and keep in a clean, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid damage: Keep away from open flames, hot coals, sharp objects and harsh chemicals. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or pressure wash.
Check the mat and eyelets before each trip and secure the mat appropriately for your campsite.
Will sand and dirt come back up through the mat?
Our breathable woven mats are designed to let sand and dirt pass through rather than collect on the surface.
Are the mats slippery when wet?
Our camping mats are designed to be non-slip, wet or dry.
