That's why we're proud to announce that we're extending our registered warranty from 12 months to 3 years on eligible camping mats larger than 1.8m × 1.8m.

Proper cleaning, storage and setup can help extend the life of your mat and keep it looking great for years of adventures.
We recommend following our care and maintenance guidelines, including cleaning your mat after use, allowing it to dry completely before storage and avoiding unnecessary damage from sharp objects or excessive tension.

What's covered by our 3-year warranty?
Our extended warranty applies to eligible registered camping mats larger than 1.8m × 1.8m and covers qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, excessive tension, normal wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions is not covered. Damage to bindings, stitching or eyelets resulting from use rather than a manufacturing defect is also excluded.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, we aim to repair or replace the affected mat, as appropriate and subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
