These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Camping Mat Warehouse website and to purchases made through our website.

The website is operated by Bravic Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as Camping Mat Warehouse, ABN 73 650 113 303.

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our other applicable policies, including our Shipping & Returns Policy, Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website.

1. About Us

In these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bravic Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as Camping Mat Warehouse.

The terms “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing goods or services from us.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Any updated terms will take effect when they are published on our website. Your continued use of the website after changes are published will be subject to the updated terms.

The terms applying to a purchase will generally be those in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to applicable law.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, availability and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the device or screen used to view our website.

Measurements, weights and other specifications may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions in product information where they occur.

4. Pricing and GST

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Shipping charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted by us, except where there has been an obvious pricing or system error.

5. Placing an Order

When you submit an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected products at the prices and on the terms displayed at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided with your order, including your name, contact details and delivery address, is accurate.

After placing an order, you will generally receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
  • payment cannot be processed;
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
  • delivery cannot reasonably be made to the supplied address; or
  • the order otherwise breaches these Terms of Service.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount paid for the cancelled products.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Your order may not be processed or dispatched until the required payment has been successfully received or otherwise approved under agreed payment terms.

Additional terms may apply to payment services supplied by third-party payment providers.

7. Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will generally allow an order to be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled and must instead be dealt with under our applicable returns policy.

8. Promotions, Discount Codes and Coupons

Promotional offers, discount codes and coupons may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • discount codes and coupons cannot be combined with another discount or promotional offer;
  • a minimum purchase amount may apply;
  • shipping charges do not count towards a minimum purchase requirement; and
  • promotions may be changed or withdrawn in accordance with their advertised terms.

Where a promotion specifies a $100 minimum spend, the minimum applies to the value of eligible products before shipping charges.

9. Stock Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information on our website.

When you purchase a product, available stock is allocated to your order.

Occasionally, an inventory discrepancy may occur. If we discover that a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer options including an alternative product, a backorder or a refund.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery and transit timeframes provided on our website are estimates only.

Once an order has been collected by a courier or freight provider, delivery timeframes may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

We will, however, provide reasonable assistance if an order is delayed, damaged or lost during transit.

11. Returns and Change of Mind

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be accepted where you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Where a refund to the original payment method is selected for an eligible change-of-mind return, a 10% restocking fee may apply.

Original shipping charges and applicable return shipping costs are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability that may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law where that right, guarantee or remedy cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where our liability may lawfully be limited, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
