Warranty & Product Inspection

To enable a smooth warranty claim, you must register your mat purchase within 14 days of purchase. Please use the registration form at the bottom of this page.
Claims will only be accepted from the original owner with valid proof of purchase.
Please note: Warranty is not valid for resold products.

Product Inspection Upon Delivery

We kindly ask that you inspect your mat immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage or defects, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We stand by the quality of our products and guarantee that your recycled poly mat is free from any manufacturer faults.

Before first use, we recommend the following steps:

  • Lay the mat out fully.
  • Hose it down to soften the weave.
  • Allow it to dry completely before folding it back into its storage bag.

This process helps season the mat, making it easier to fold and promoting proper airflow through the weave—allowing sand, dirt, and water to pass through with ease.

Important Note

Loose or short threads are normal and not considered defects. They do not impact the functionality or quality of the mat.

Most can be trimmed or tucked into the weave for a clean look.

If you have any concerns, please email us at info@bravic.com.au with a photo of the issue and a copy of your purchase receipt. We're here to help and ensure you're completely satisfied with your mat.

Thank you for your understanding.
