WARRANTY, RETURNS & MAT PRODUCT REGISTRATION
Our voluntary warranty provides additional benefits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Registration is not required to access your ACL rights.
1. VOLUNTARY MAT WARRANTY & REGISTRATION
ONLY ELIGIBLE RECYCLED POLY MATS REQUIRE REGISTRATION
Our voluntary extended mat warranty applies only to paid Camping Mat Warehouse recycled poly mats larger than 1.8m x 1.8m.
Not Registered: 30-day voluntary manufacturer’s warranty
Registered: 12-month voluntary manufacturer’s warranty from the original purchase date
Registration confirms you have received and understood our Care & Maintenance Instructions, particularly the correct way to fold your mat.
The voluntary mat warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers genuine manufacturing faults relating to eyelets, stitching, binding, material or colour.
Please inspect your mat when received. Where possible, apparent manufacturing faults present at purchase should be reported to the business you purchased it from within 14 days. This does not limit your ACL rights.
Weave Variations
Our mats are woven products. Minor thread turns, thread swaps, loose or short threads and minor weave variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing faults where they do not affect the performance or expected life of the mat.
All mats are subject to a ±2% variation in weave and finished dimensions.
Warranty Exclusions
Our voluntary mat warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal fading, accidental damage, misuse or damage resulting from failure to follow our Care & Maintenance Instructions.
Products Not Eligible for the Extended Mat Warranty
Mats 1.8m x 1.8m or smaller, including door mats and runners, and all other camping products and accessories do not require registration and are not eligible for the voluntary extended 12-month mat warranty.
Other purchased products remain subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees and any manufacturer or supplier warranty that may apply.
Products supplied free of charge or as promotional gifts, including mat screws, screw bags, mat carry bags, door mats, runners or other accessories, are not included in our voluntary warranty program. This does not affect any rights that may apply under the ACL.
2. HOW TO LODGE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you believe a product has a fault, please contact the business you purchased it from.
For purchases made directly from Camping Mat Warehouse, email info@bravic.com.au with:

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the fault
Mat registration details, if applicable
Please contact us before returning any product.

We aim to assess returned products within 7 business days of receipt. Where applicable, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed in accordance with your rights under the ACL.
3. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS & AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your purchase where the product is unused, in its original packaging, complete and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Choose either:
Store Credit: Full product purchase price, excluding shipping.
Refund: Original payment method, less a 10% restocking fee.
The restocking fee does not apply where you are exercising a right to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our voluntary warranties do not exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund and/or compensation depending on the nature of the failure.
